Hi, I’m Sandra, the founder of Sanscence and the person behind every Reiki treatment and handmade product.

Sanscence grew from my own healing journey and a desire to help other people feel supported, cared for and more connected to themselves.

From Reiki-charged candles and home fragrance to one-to-one treatments, everything I offer is created personally and with genuine care.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are dispatched within 2 working days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but most UK orders arrive within a few days after dispatch.

What does “Reiki-charged” mean?

Each candle is gently infused with Reiki energy during the making process.

Reiki is a form of energy healing that’s used to promote calm, balance, and emotional wellbeing. As each candle is poured, it’s created with intention — to bring a sense of peace and positive energy into your space.

What are your candles made from?

All candles are made using vegan soy wax, which is a cleaner and more natural alternative to paraffin wax.

They’re:

  • Hand-poured in small batches
  • Made with high-quality fragrance oils
  • Finished with carefully selected crystals

Each one is made with care, from start to finish.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If something isn’t quite right, please don’t worry, we’ll sort it for you.

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, just get in touch with us and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

We also offer free returns within 30 days if you change your mind or aren’t completely happy with your purchase.
