My name is Sandra, and I’m the Reiki practitioner behind Sanscence. I found Reiki later in life, during a time when I was living with fibromyalgia and searching for something, anything that could help me feel whole again.
What I discovered was more than just relief. Reiki brought me stillness, and a deep sense of connection I didn’t even realise I was missing. It supported me through the pain and helped me reconnect with myself.
From the very first experience, I knew this was what I was meant to do. I knew I wanted to help others the way Reiki had helped me.
Now, I offer in-person Reiki sessions from my peaceful practice in Tameside, a space where you can rest, and simply be. Whether you’re carrying stress, emotional weight, or physical discomfort, I’d love to support you on your own healing journey.

What We Offer
Reiki Healing
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy therapy that supports your body and mind in finding balance. During a session, I guide healing energy through the body to help release blockages, ease tension, and restore a sense of calm.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or physically tense, Reiki offers a safe space to simply rest and reset. Each session is tailored to your needs, and takes place in my peaceful practice room in Tameside.
Reiki Charged Candles
Alongside my healing practice, I also handcraft small-batch candles infused with Reiki energy and aligned with the chakras.
Each candle is made with care and intention, using a unique blend of fragrance oils and embedded crystals chosen to support a specific type of healing.
They’re perfect for meditation, relaxation, or simply bringing a sense of calm to your home. Every candle is cleansed, charged, and poured by hand, with the same nurturing energy I bring to my Reiki work.
